Q: Can you tell us a little about your background?

A: I received my MD from University of Miami School of Medicine, Miami FL and have worked a number of years in Family Practice and Cosmetic Surgery. I have changed many women's lives using various procedures like Botox, Fillers and other services to enhance self esteem and confidence. I also specialise in Bio Identical Hormone Therapy for men and women. I optimize the hormone levels and wok with patents to provide a unique plan for each individual.

How would you describe your approach to patients?

A: If you are looking for a doctor who listens first, prescribes later, and always treats his patients with a smile, I am the physician for you! My goal is always to make sure your concerns are addressed in a satisfactory manner.

Q: Do you offer services targeted to women's health?

A: Yes, we offer a whole range of services for women; from Cosmetic Procedures like Botox, Filler treatments and Reduction of wrinkles around the eyes, nose and lips. We also perform Well Women Exams, Pap smears, birth control options, breast exams, natural hormone replacement therapy and weight loss management.

Q: Tell us more about The Womens Health Institute?

A: The Phoenix Family Medical group has been providing quality medical care to patients in Phoenix and was looking to expand into an area that was in need of quality family medical care. So, I joined forces with them to combine their practice efficiency and my expertise in cosmetic surgeries and Family Medicine and open a clinic focused on Women's health treating the whole person from medical and health perspective. The Women's Health Institute is completely digital and uses no paper charts; we use an EMR (Electronic Medical records) system to manage patient history, diagnosis, prescriptions and follow ups. We serve the Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa Gilbert, Chandler, Ahwatukee, Laveen, Scottsdale and South Phoenix areas.

Q: Does The Womens Health Institute accept Walk ins and Same day appointments?

A: For Women's health and medical care, we accept walk ins and same day appointments. For Cosmetic procedures, we try to give same day appointments but do not offer walk in service.

We provide immunizations, physicals, treatment of chronic conditions, treatment of hypertension and diabetes, perform clinical procedures and offer Natural Hormone Replacement Therapy. We also do Well Women gynecology exams, including pap smears. My emphasis has always been on disease prevention with life style changes, rather than focusing on drug interventions. I am a patient advocate and pay particular attention to individualized care. Right from our contemporary and comfortable waiting room to our efficient exam rooms, every effort is made to make our patients' visit pleasant.

Q: What does your clinic have in store for the future?

A: We have exciting new services planned for the future including weekend hours, blood tests on site and addition of a naturopathic physician to complement our holistic approach to health. We will be offering Allergy testing and treatment in the clinic very shortly.
